本想在今天給媽媽弄個蛋糕, 但是想極也不知弄甚麼蛋糕好, 於是想著想著, 不如弄一個撻給她也不錯呢!

媽媽, 感謝妳每天為我辛勤, 我會努力工作, 以回報妳對我的恩! 希望妳每天都開開心心, 身體健康!!

父啊, 求祢能啟開父母的心, 讓他們願意認識祢的大能!!





第一次造這個撻, 今次的撻皮比上日的藍苺撻好得多了, 可是刮花紋仍是要多下苦功才行~


下次, 我會再挑戰這個撻的, 你要等我啊!!!

Marble Cheese Tart (6") ~ From Elsa (E-Cake Gallery)

Crust:
Butter 50g
Icing Sugar 25g
Cake Flour 105g
Whole Egg 1/4 piece

Steps:
1. Butter soften in room temperature
2. Pour in icing sugar and cake flour, use finger to rub them together
3. Add in egg and combine until a batter
4. Place in refrigerator (Lower Deck) in 30 mins
5. Flat the batter in around 5mm thick and put into tart mould
6. Bake with 175 degree in 10 mins
7. Put it out and cooling down

Filling:
Cream Cheese 50g
Sugar 25g
Whoe Egg 3/4 piece
Butter 10g
Cake Flour 15g
Milk 15g

Chocolate a little
Milk a little

Steps:
1. Cream cheese soften in room temperature, add in sugar and mix well together
2. Add in whloe egg separtely (in 2-3times) and mix
3. Add in melted butter and mix
4. Pour in cake flour and mix
5. Add in milk and mix in smooth, and pour into the tart
6. Chocolate and milk mix well, drop in the tart surface irregularly
7. Bake with 175 degree in 15-20mins
8. Get off the mould and chill it after cooling down
